Innovative technical solutions can be a valuable resource for a company and a source of its competitive advantage. A properly selected form of legal protection can help secure the results of research and development, facilitate the commercialization of technology and increase the business potential of the product.

What is the potential for patent protection? How does a patent differ from a protective right for a utility model? When and where to report and why is it so important to ensure the confidentiality of the solution before it is reported? During the training, we will introduce the most important issues related to the protection of technical solutions. We will explain the proceedings before the Patent Office, how to apply for protection outside Poland and where to look for information about existing solutions. We will also draw attention to the importance of the appropriate reporting time and the danger of prior public disclosure.

The training is introductory – does not require prior knowledge of patent law.

After the training, you will be able to take advantage of individual consultations with a patent attorney. Please contact us in advance (contact details below).
