Gdańsk Bay Tech Access Day

Opening the One Stop Shop

One day bringing together founders, investors, large companies, international partners and the people building Pomerania’s technology ecosystem.

29 October 2026 09:30–19:00 STARTER Gdańsk

The Gdańsk Bay Tech One Stop Shop service is already operating. During Access Day, we will officially open its physical point at STARTER – a first point of contact designed to help you find the right person, the right door and a concrete next step.

Access Day

We are not just opening a space.

We are showing Gdańsk Bay Tech in action.

During Access Day, we will officially open the physical Gdańsk Bay Tech One Stop Shop point at STARTER. The service itself is already operating – helping startups, technology companies, investors and partners reach the right people, markets, customers, programmes and organisations faster. On 29 October, we will show this mechanism in practice. This is not another event built around exchanging business cards. It is about access that leads to the next step.

What does Access Day give you?

More than access to the stage. Access to people and knowledge.

01

Investor perspective

What the first evaluation of a startup really looks like, what catches attention and what determines whether there is a next meeting.

02

Real company needs

Specific technology challenges, tests, pilots and possible paths to cooperation with large organisations.

03

Founder experience

Scaling, product, fundraising, sales, expansion, decisions and mistakes – without corporate presentations.

04

New markets

Connections with international partners, soft landing and practical paths to entering new markets.

05

Investor & growth readiness

How to prepare your company for investor conversations, structure sales and growth, and make better use of international technology events.

06

Follow-up

The most promising needs can move forward to consultations, introductions and One Stop Shop support.

Programme

One day. Several perspectives.

Conversations with founders and investors, concrete needs from technology buyers, international ecosystems, workshops for startups, and time for networking and follow-up conversations.

Event language: mainly Polish. The sessions Pomerania from the Outside and How Ecosystems Open Doors? will be held in English. Simultaneous PL→EN interpretation will be available during the remaining Main Stage sessions.

Gdańsk Bay Tech One Stop Shop

In Pomerania, many doors already exist.

The challenge is often not a lack of support, but finding the right place, person or next step.

The One Stop Shop service is already operating. It helps diagnose the need and direct a company to where something can actually happen next. On 29 October, during Access Day, we will officially open its physical point at STARTER.

01 Tell us what you need
02 We diagnose the situation
03 We find the right door
04 We agree on the next step

What’s next?

Access Day does not end on 29 October.

The event is part of a broader process. The most important conversations can continue after the event through the One Stop Shop.

1

Tell us what you need

During the event or directly to the One Stop Shop.

2

Assessment and matching

We identify which person, organisation or path may be most useful.

3

Next step

Consultation, introduction, follow-up conversation, contact with a partner or another concrete path.
