This time, we will focus on skills that help better organize daily work, communicate more effectively with others and perform tasks and projects more efficiently.

During the workshop, we will take a look at three areas that combine strongly: communication, management of ourselves over time and project management.

Among other things, you will learn:

how to communicate more effectively and use communication in daily work organisation,

how to distinguish important and urgent matters and better manage their priorities,

how to plan and organise tasks more efficiently,

how to prepare for project planning, coordination and control,

how to manage in the project, inter alia, time, resources and budget,

how to work more efficiently with the team and act more proactively.

For whom: entrepreneurs, managers, team leaders, project developers and all who want to better organise their work and cooperate with others.

The workshop will be practical – we will train skills that can be used immediately in everyday work, organizing our own tasks and working with the team.

Lead:

Jolanta Graban – an inspiration and trainer with over 18 years of experience in conducting training. It does not solve problems for others, but inspires to act independently. Privately, the mother of two daughters, a board lover, cycling and walrusing.

The meeting will take place in the formula of the workshop – practical exercises, inspiration and networking in one.
