We invite you to another workshop within the Business Booster project. This time we will focus on one of the most important tools in business planning – Business Model Canvas.

During the meeting you will learn how to translate the idea into a functioning, profitable business model. We will discuss what business hypotheses are and why they are worth testing, how to create persona of customers, and jointly analyse models of known brands.
In the second part of the workshop we will look at your ideas and try to develop an effective business model with market potential.

Sebastian Mul – graduate of biomedical engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology, co-founder of m.in technology startups. Dr. Poket, Agentx.so, Dojo. Health. Project manager with 12 years of experience in the technology industry.
