Business Booster: Build an Effective Business Model Using Business Model Canvas

You have a business idea, but you don't know how to translate it into a concrete and viable model of action? Or are you already running a company and want to sort out your offer, better understand your customers and see where the potential for further development lies?

On September 19th we invite you to the Business Booster workshop. We will teach you to work with Business Model Canvas – a tool used to design and develop business models.

From an idea to a model that can be tested

During the workshop you will learn how to translate the business idea into a model of action and check its market potential.

We will tell you what business hypotheses are, why they are worth testing, and how to create people who help better understand the needs of customers. We will look at the business models of well-known brands and examine what determines their effectiveness.

The workshop will be hosted by Sebastian Mul

Sebastian Mul – a serial funder, engineer and manufacturer operating in Poland and Silicon Valley. Co-creator of AgentX and Dr Poket, having 15 years of experience in product and project management.

It combines technical knowledge with business building practice. During the workshops he will share the experience gained in developing his own start-ups and products.
