What is Gdańsk Bay Tech? It is an initiative connecting people, companies and organisations across Pomerania’s technology and innovation ecosystem, making it easier to find the right people, knowledge and opportunities.
Our approach
We are not building an ecosystem from scratch. We help connect the one that already exists.
Pomerania already has global companies, ambitious startups, universities, research teams, investors, technology communities and organisations supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.
The challenge is not a lack of resources. It is that knowledge, opportunities, competencies and contacts are often dispersed across different organisations and networks.
Gdańsk Bay Tech helps make those resources easier to discover and connect. We strengthen relationships between people and organisations rather than creating another institution above them.

Gdańsk Bay Tech grows together with the ecosystem.
Gdańsk Bay Tech was officially launched during Infoshare in Gdańsk in May 2026, following months of work involving people and organisations from across Pomerania’s technology and innovation community.
Today, the initiative is developing through connected activities including ecosystem mapping, One Stop Shop, international activity, Future Founders and communication that strengthens the visibility of Pomerania’s technology ecosystem.
